Article 1: Purpose
This cancellation policy applies to all reservations made on taxis24.ch via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Article 2: Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance
For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a processing fee of 4% of the total booking amount will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

Article 3: Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, 25% of the total booking amount will be retained. The customer will be refunded 75% of the total amount.

Article 4: Cancellation procedure
Cancellations must be communicated via email, phone, or WhatsApp using the contact details provided on the website. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent once the request has been processed.

Article 5: Refund Terms
Refunds will be processed directly to the payment method used at the time of booking. The refund will be completed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on bank processing times.

Article 6: Acceptance of terms
By confirming a reservation, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted this cancellation policy.
